Nothing at all.

But are you sure that Intel wants to be allocating 1.5GHZ wafer runs to $10 CPUs as soon as 12 to 18 months from now? I guess if you're convinced they'll have been completely blown out of the desktop CPU market by then, they might as well sell something instead of nothing. Personally, I remain convinced that Intel will be able to hang on to at least a piece of the desktop market despite AMD's obvious current advantages, and that Intel will have better things to do with 1.5GHZ wafer runs than subsidizing microsoft.
