Lots of talk about flash shortage on our board and on Yahoo and Sandiskzone board. My question is this - for at least the first 2 quarters that are already booked, does this mean anything for SNDK.

I assume they are selling all their capacity and the prices are locked so for at least the first half 2000, SNDK can't raise prices. I remember something in Eli's last CC where he said they were honoring all contract pricing despite the shortage.

Any thoughts?

Also, isn't the SEG buyout for stock and some cash from Silver Lake? I don't think Veritas is coming up with cash so why sell the SNDK stock? Its a good investment based on expectations. What am I missing?
