Yup. I know it was an ugly market but did anybody notice AOL was down *heavy* (-3 11/16) today? Had some Ahi for dinner tonight. Tasty.

Equally important the MSO's cannot actively promote another ISP (including AOL). ATHM obviously has learned something from the OptimumOnline fiasco.

I still wonder how that is going to work economically. Where in history has someone bought a product wholesale directly from their retail competitor? Kinda odd.

This all still leaves me mystified as to T's stance on "content". Was not the point of the tracking stock so that AT&T could disconnect itself from "content"? Did Armstrong suddenly have a change of heart? As it stands AT&T seems to be trying to take on AOL/TWX in a direct battle now.

Maybe T&AOL did have some talks and this is the result...
