Hamilton, i was right, priced this morning at 4:30 a.m. - good going attorneys and accountants- they did all of the work. it priced at $17. They are CNBC right now. 6:50 am CST. Scott.

The CEO is gonna be on Squawk this morning. That said, this IPO couldn't have less luck in timing. My guess -- it does not see any significant pop -- until the general bio market skittishness is over.In other words, there may not be a rush to get in.
