Bob, You may be right. I saw that 18.8M out FD in a previous post. I think it was in a speculative buy reco by a broker. The site shows a bit more than 14M FD, but a following press release mentioned a non-brokered pp with similar terms to the brokered one (2.5M shares at $0.40 + 1/2 warran) to close shortly. So I guess it is somewhere between 14M. and 18M. Anyway... the play is good and encouraging, time will tell what is developed there. I don't own the stock, unfortunately.
