V:SHW (Shearhart) has been in the process of being taken over since Oct 26,1999.
A formal takeover SHOULD be launched on March 31, 2000.
The terms are $1.58 CDN cash per share.

The Play:

- Once the takeover is launched, the risk should be lowered.
- Only buy it if the takeover is launched.
- Buy shares to tender to the offer, up to 5% in 30-45 days.
