Doesn't look like the SEC has much of a case against Tokyo Joe. As I understand it, much of their evidence stems from a webpage that shows specific performance of the SA over the years. . . sounds pretty flimsy to me.

I want to see the SEC nab a top name anal-yst!! Now that would send a message to Wall Street about stock manipulation.
