Yes they do....check the last 10 posts or so on Anthony's thread. If Joe has told members not to sell a stock at any time, he has given investment advice and charged for it. Simple as that. Rande, I know you are kind of fond of him, but I personally think the guy is scum of the worst kind. He is a stock manipulator, and a backstabber to his clients in my opinion. He's not much worse than the anal-ysts I agree, but that doesn't make him right. Seems to me I recall hearing about him screaming at his members to quit selling ZANY a while back when he was pumping it. That is investment advice. That's all just my opinion.
