Well it does not take a rocket scientist to make that assumption since they would be the ones who knew what they had first, and what would you do. I do not believe any announcement has been made to that effect or that any published information to that effect is available BUT the stock price on ITF tells you the answer should turn out to be yes does it not? Why else would it be going straight up on big volume? I like stockscores.com and they basically say that it is this kind of logic that makes money.
