John,

SanDisk has had some significant developments regarding their IP defense which have become public knowledge. Thought anyone following this little company making "commodity" semiconductors for the consumer market may wish to update their d.d. files...

John, I'll let Mike speak for himself, but he's observed in the past that some of those areas DNA here.

Since this has now been brought up twice:

Look back to Mike Buckley's hunting grounds post. It listed "Pest Resistant Seeds" as a possibility.

John and Chaz,

That entire list of potential breeding grounds you referred to was not recommended by me though some items on the list were. I merely compiled the list of suggestions made by everyone in the now defunct Fool Gorilla Game thread on AOL.

Since you and Chaz are discussing the fact that pest resistant seeds is on the list, I want to mention to you and everyone that I made special mention of that particular subject to be certain that everyone knew my thoughts. In that same post you'll see that I wrote, "My personal opinion is that pest-resistant seeds by definition are not the domain of gorillas, but you might disagree."

I haven't changed my opinion in the roughly two years since that list was compiled.
