It has been a long time coming, I agree, but if it comes together it will be hard to argue that they did not have their act together, considering they have managed to operate this long on this many fronts without doing any financings for operating capital. The share structure is very tight and the properties under their control definitely have merit. I have asked and have been told that "ALL" properties are also in good stead as far as licensing/property rights/leases, etc. are concerned. Salut, Leigh McBain
