Anybody:

Has anyone heard about or own any shares of this? I have heard that there are rumors of a joint venture that could be very fruitful for investors. Shares a very tightly held here and not a lot of trading. Not very many shares for sale and if you tried to buy 15-20000 it would be up over $2 from 1.50 range where it has been at. Anybody have any insights?
