Sam, good points on the comparison between B2B and optical. You hit the key words--lack of competition as a possibility. I think both sectors were valued similiarily and should not be, IMHO.

sam, To lump B2B and JDSU is a huge mistake. First to begin with making a Tunable Laser is not like building a new website. It is altogether a different ball game. In other words you need to have people who understand photonics to make Laser, whereas any tom, dick and harry can build websites. The reason Pru downgraded those stocks is because of margins. When you have so many companies offering same stuff no wonder margins shrink. Lot of B2B investors are making one huge mistake. That are under opinion that Billg will not get into this business. If Billg is silent because he is consumed by the stupid case (the scruples less attornies of DOJ and states are now fighting) Thanks
