Didn't the 1999 split go to the shareholders for issuance of new shares? If they approved enough stock for two splits, the next split shouldn't require approval.

Does any know for sure?

Thanks for the reply, and I understand all of that, I just don't see those shares out and haven't heard a peep out of the company. So I must assume this split stuff is only speculation at this point, but the share price is approaching split values.
