"AFCI can stand on its own and take on some of the big-boys."

AFCI is a one-trick pony. Albeit a great pony, but I don't know why everyone is so confident they should/could be on their own. I'm not even aware that Schofield has said much about their vision, let alone R&D plans. IMO, they need to expand their product portfolio themselves or should considering accepting an offer.

But it would have to be an expensive offer because it appears their pony is positioned well and the market cap verifies it. Kind of a double-edged sword.

But then again, I was one of those investors left totally scratching my head about the enormous Redback(former one-trick pony) market cap.
