Well I could not disagree more. When dealing with fanatics on a jihad, it's best to pick your battlefield - appellate court.

I'm afraid the collapse of the settlement talks means that msft will be entangled in individual law suits for years

If there's a MSFT victory on appeal, how would this ensue?
