Yep. That is why Judge Jackson really, really wants this case to settle.

He faces "throwing the book" at MSFT on legal findings, but going "light" on punishment. Hell, he knows the appellate courts won't go for any severe "structural" remedies - there simply isn't the precedent.

Won't they just ask for a laundry list of remedies, including draconian ones, and let the judge decide?
