Gerry/Russett/Bob: I believe what Bob says is true, that diversity of properties and an honest management style may separate Curlew from a number of other companies. However, there is something to be said for the pure play afforded by such issues as ASV, CUV, BKR & LVD. Based on a computer model that I've constructed, these appear to be the best pure plays. Keep in mind though that a pure play is something of a two-edged sword. Although these issues should see the best percentage gains on a successful well (however the market defines that), they would also receive the largest beating if (God forbidding) we're D&A. They might easily go through a management transformation and a share rollback in the process. Curlew may be spared that due to its other positions. Thus, I feel Curlew offers significant upside potential while affording a defensive posture as well. Disclosure (Long: potential 2 5/8% F.D.) Dale
