Burry your heads in the sand, and keep them there and dream on that Microsoft wins. I would hate to be long MSFT now because I feel they have reached the end of the rope. They will be found to be monopolistic and illegally harmful to consumers and the other players in the computer industry who tried to compete with them on a level playing field. Remember you have the right of free speech but you can't yell "fire" in a crowded movie theater. Same here, MSFT IMO has the right to enhance their OS but not at the expense of others. There are many entities who believe they have been severely harmed by MSFT's practices.

Again, IMO I look for a MSFT price in the mid 50's real soon!

I will have whatever SHE is having
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

I do own some April calls that will probably expire worthless, but that is my decision. Makes the game a bit more interesting, no?

good luck to all

"MICROSOFT WINS"!

I think you got that part right. BTW, I just watched the Evening News w/ Tom Brocah, the national news. I think any investors who saw that maybe more relaxed. They said Msft appeal will drag on for 10 years and it will be business as usall for msft until then. Said Msft may have wanted to delay. They carry on buisness as usall while political, market and tech issues change to be more favorable.

Besides this Msft is right not offer the gov. much. Since they have broken no laws and will win on appeal.
