At the end of the day, my thought is "I don't trust Seagate management". I've read all of the analyst coverage, the press coverage, the WSJ/US Today coverage, and that is my bottom line opinion. Everything points to "SEG" management making this deal to benefit a select few. That's not the kind of company I want to be associated with in my portfolio.

I think VRTS is a terrific company, and a great future. I respect Kevin Landis greatly, and he doesn't like the deal at all. (I believe Kevin owns 3% of "SEG".) All of the portfolio managers whom hold "SEG" shares (and have expressed their opinion on this deal), do not like the deal! If I'm wrong, I would like that to be pointed out to me - please.

If I don't trust management, then I'm not comfortable owning the stock. Good luck to all,

Just my opinion,

Respectfully, advalorem
