Now that DCTC has officially stated in the newsletter that it feels the SEC has caused us harm(financing difficuly and market maker paperwork holdups), it seems we should be able to get the SEC to respond to this public allegation. Any ideas how to proceed?

Also, why distinguish clubhouse postings from this thread? Neither forum has dealt with verifiable factual information for a long time. Why not keep it all in one place? I am surprised it is so quiet here(and the clubhouse) as the newsletter is out so I figured there would be more chatter. Where is everyone? Did everyone finally bail on this dog? Maybe that explains that little spurt in volume we had, everyone sold.....I thought something leaked from the newsletter but that sure wasn't it....where did the little spurts in volume come from 2 weeks ago or so? Anyone? Hello, hello, hello (mocking an echo :-)
