Elmer Re: I like NiceGuy and we have polite exchanges however you must admit he is a bit on the highly optimistic side, wouldn't you agree?

Elmer,
I agree, niceguy is highly optomistic. I appreciate your posts. I like that you can disagree with us "AMDroids" without demeaning us. Keep it up. Someone has to keep us living in the real world, not some fantasy land.

Elmer,

he is a bit on the highly optimistic side, wouldn't you agree?

Niceguy may be too optimistic on a day to day basis, but his longer term predictions have been very accurate.

Comment: I was optimistic at $20. You weren't...I was optimistic at $30.You weren't...I was optimistic at $40. You weren't...I was optimistic at $50.You weren't...I remain optimistic at $60. Do you remain pessimistic?...And you talk about repetitive nature of posts...And you have the gall to put my AMD optimism down? Come on Elmer!

AMD will be performance and earnings driven throughout the remainder of Y2000 and probably well beyond...An AMD Y2000 eps of $4.00 to $7.00 allows for plenty of price headroom...Further, look for $75 to $80 within the next 3 weeks as AMD Q1 eps could be greater than Intel's Q1 eps!

Excuse me while I but in here, but I think NiceGuy is pessimistic - $280 by the end of the year is my guess. And DRBES thinks I'm a pessimist!
