I think you are probably right about the proxy challenge. Apparently Terrell thinks so too, as I see the annual meeting has been pushed up a couple months. Record date is stated as April 25, material date is April 27, and the meeting date is May 31. Interesting that there is no place or time given for the annual meeting, but SJD's fax number is 604-940-6566 should anybody care to find out. Anybody have a e mail address for them?
