What, Terrell thinks he can't win this thing fair and square? He has to screw around with the AGM date and time? It seems the dirty tricks are beginning already. St. Jude shareholders are facing a crossroads now, this is a historical event...past or future, old or new, etc. I do not know if this "proxy fight" will amount to anything or not, but it seems Terrell is sufficiently bothered to pull some dastardly stuff.
