B2b Training Asp Chooses Data Return for Microsoft Expertise
KnowYourStuff.com to revolutionize retail employee training
with Vertical Learning Community

Dallas, April 4, 2000 - KnowYourStuff.com has launched its
first-to-market online training service with help from Data Return
Corporation (Nasdaq: DRTN), a leading provider of managed hosting
services for the Microsoft© Windows© 2000 platform. The ASP allows
manufacturers to publish training programs in KnowYourStuff.com's
patent-pending Vertical Learning Community for use by retail partners
at no charge to their employees. Retail partners and manufacturers can
then retrieve both usage and testing results to measure effectiveness
and competency levels.

KnowYourStuff.com founder and CEO Woody Nash conceived the idea when at
a former company he was challenged with training over 1,000 retailers
nationwide on his new product. It was nearly impossible to visit all
of the dealers for face-to-face training sessions. Alternatively, if
the training materials were made available online, there was no
tracking mechanism to determine usage and effectiveness. As a result,
Nash decided to start KnowYourStuff.com, which leverages the power of
the Internet by joining together buyers and sellers in an online
community that provides secure access to a shared database of training
materials and testing results.

Nash knew in order to accelerate the launch of their ASP services they
needed an experienced application hosting provider. "To address the
training needs of large manufacturers, we knew we needed a world class
hosting provider. After examining several options we chose Data
Return," said Nash. "A single manufacturer can drive hundreds of
thousands of new users almost overnight and that requires significant
scalability. Data Return's expertise in addressing this level of
scalability on the Microsoft platform was very important to us."

"We are pleased that KnowYourStuff.com has selected Data Return to
assist them in the delivery of their ASP services for this rapidly
growing Internet segment. By utilizing Data Return as an Application
Infrastructure Provider, KnowYourStuff.com can maintain their focus on
core ASP initiatives," said Sunny C. Vanderbeck, Data Return chairman
and CEO.
