LEXI facing delisting. Jack Friedler, CEO, returned my call and said that LEXI is just under the Naz market cap requirement. They will appeal in the next 15 days.

Good post protege... One thing about Warren Buffet, and his BRKa, and it is an important point, BRKa was down almost 50% from it's high of $78k per share...and in the past month, as value has gotten the rotation of hot money, it is up $13k per share..

The QQQ is one of the things I always trade, as it is an easy way to play the game. As a matter of fact, in early 1999 we talked extensively about it on the Rande thread. It was then trading between 100 and 110, and that is of course pre-split, (it split in March) so by doing nothing for the last 13 months anyone could have done at least 100% on their money by just buying and holding the QQQ. And at a the nice 20% tax rate for holding for 12 months or more.

Protege, excellent considerations! If you have never experienced a scary fall as a child, would you grow to have a fear of heights? Perhaps not.

Maybe we all need to step back a few steps. . . put our older history away. . . and start vigorously analyzing the most RECENT historical market data. . . which shows extraordinary volatility. And work to make NEW extrapolations of what could happen in this new paradigm.

We could be on the verge of explosive moves like nobody alive has ever seen. . . for that matter, we've already seen some. . . unfortunately, the down side may be equally as radical.

Definitely worth exploring.

Thanks for the perspective.
