For the thread, the 90 second rule was initially configured as I stated. Programming changed the lockout process to be controlled by the MyTrade account. I am sorry about any confusion I may have caused.

I e-mailed Rick Sunday and received a response today. My feeling is that he is as frustrated as we are. Some of the stuff we experience should not happen. Period.

That someone from MyTrack is monitoring this board and providing a "back door" for those of us not able to get problems resolved through standard channels is a sign that MyTrack is serious about setting things straight.

My suggestions: Document everything. Take the time to compose a clear memo. Understand for what MyTrade is responsible and for what they are not responsible. Submit suggestions.

I was most unhappy with MyTrade the past few days, but their admission that they messed up in correcting the error indicates they are aware of their problems and working to correct them.
