Bosco, Still in TKLC? So is this CNC selloff today overdone? On the surface it looks so. What am I missing? Started a significant position today at 9 3/8 or so. I just don't see what makes the lowered estimate of $2 in earnings worth only $9? I read a few messages back about a 'management buyout'? What price would one estimate? It seems I might have missed some significant news about ??loans to management? Anybody up for a brief history of how CNC got to this point?

Bosco; Some of this sell off could be due to the Tiger Fund..I'm betting the anal cyst that down graded her are trying to get a steal and cover their shorts as cheap as they can..( it's a cut throat market full of vampires and they smelled blood here ) I'm in at 9-1/4, and will try to sell (20strike ) 2002 leaps tomorrow. I'll set my low alarm at 6, high at 20 and won't look at her again for a year unless they go off. ------------------- Jim
