GP, anything I know, you know. If I find anything else out I will let you know. I would like to remind you though that I have all along been primarily an investor in the Argentina project, more than Primo itself. I believed, as long as their interest was equal, that the diversity in Primo's holdings was an advantage, because not all their eggs were in one basket, however I held steadfast that I did NOT want to see them jeopardize their Argentina interest. As a result I currently hold all of my interest in this play thru Golden Peaks, although I do still keep an eye on the Primo side of the equation. Ken does have the where-with-all to potentially bring something else to the table, but I do NOT know exactly what this will be. His interest is certainly in an Internet venture, although with the current meltdownon Nasdaq that may change too, **chuckle**.

Salut,

Leigh McBain
