Doug, indeed you are a modern day Tucker and one of many.

softie is using the cash cow from their monopolistic OS to put small entreprenuers like you out of business. This is just like dumping chips, or steel or any other product to stifle competition.

and MSFT should be demolished for the blatant and ILLEGAL practices it has used for years to cement it's monopolistic stranglehold over the computing industry.

These people are not nice folks.

They only care about themselves and their egos, they don't give diddly about innovation or the customer.

They know that innovation will put them out of business.

The judge is right to be indignant.

If this was judge judy she would be barking at balmer and gates like two school children -g-

I am sure a lot of founders of small software companies have had the same experience as you have. However, as an ordinary consumer, I have to say, I would rather have something free than something not free. So if it takes a monopoly like Softies to do it, so be it.
