Tomorrow is another day. Microsoft was up in after hours trading. Ballmer please don't remind us how overvalued Microsoft Stock is.

Gary: "Unless it is along the line of 'you are guilty
so I can do whatever I want about your company'." That is why settling out of court makes sense. You don't want to be in that position -- and that is the position MSFT is putting itself in. The courts DO have the power. MSFT should be working much, much harder on a settlement. Its public stance is pure amateur hour -- despite the high priced legal team. MSFT allowed itself to be branded a "criminal". Criminals don't get to call the shots. Its the rule of law -- and it is as basic to our system as markets.
