Dear CB: My feeling is that this will in fact drag on for a couple of years and by the time its over no one, including the govt., will want to go through it again. I am sure its very tiring for both sides. Since there really hasnt been a serious upgrade in our laws to relate to the new business commerce probably in the long run it will be a good thing, as we finally will get some legal guidance in this area. But, I wouldnt want to be in either parties shoes. Going to be a lot of sleepless nights all around. JDN

Got to keep some people busy so they won't screw it up
bigtime somewhere else. Unfortunate for the Softies though.
