Ausdauer, I doubt if any judge would enjoin Lexar from doing business. However, since SNDK has a bunch of big companies paying them royalties and a Federal import ruling in their favor, the judge would have good cause to believe that SNDK's patents are valid and to require Lexar to post a bond. IMHO, that would be ideal because if Lexar's IPO fails and they go having to wait in line with all the other creditors :-)
