If you earn $10 billion this year, but you have to pay $200 billion of liability law suit the same year, what good is your earning? i.e., does your earning reflects your net income?

MSFT is now at 44 time FY2000 earnings and 29 times FY01 earnings. Screaming buy in my opinion folks. How often do you get it at 10% below 200 day moving average?
