Mr. Morris, I totally agree with your post. It is time for all of us to make our thoughts be known....By what means could they possibly believe that MSFT harmed the consumer.....Perhaps future history books will actually tell what happened (unless, of course, we don't look at them to see if they are really accurate, or just PC!) If the losses of billions of dollars to retirement accounts isn't HARMING to the CONSUMER, what else would we call it?????
