"Give it up...Japan Inc is laughing at the US governments treatment of it's legal companies and licking their chops." Yeah, wouldn't it be great if we had the Japanese business and legal system in the U.S! We could have just few companies controlling the entire economy. By the way, how many years was Japan in a recession during the 1990s while the U.S. kept the world economy from going into a depression? Jim, you've been reading too many WSJ editorials.
