Dear Ram: You know I was thinking the same myself. Anyone know the cash per share and the net book value per share. How about revised earnings for 2,000 and 2,001? JDN

Hi Ram, didn't expect to chat about PMTC in this vain. I know it was one your picks for recovery. And it had that, it just couldn't hold it. Much like MENT, PMTC finds a way to stumble. Maybe buyout is course of action, but I ask whether 6-7x book value will do it? At 9 1/2 I can think of better plays right now. Maybe the market settles and the PBV comes down to 3, it gets a buyout check on my book. I hate when these turnarounds cannot get it done! Interesting looking for a renewed turn though. Think the Windchill can be right this summer?
