I am not quite sure how you got there, but you are at total disparity with 100% of the entire American legal community on this issue, THE ONLY THING THAT JUDGE JACKSON HELD IN FAVOR OF MISCRSOFT WAS THE FACT THAT MSFT DID NOT VIOLATE THE EXCLUSIONARY CONTRACTS REQUIREMENTS BOTH UNDER THE CONSENT DECREE AND UNDER THE ANTI-TRUST LAWS. My head is starting to hurt. :) Maybe you could send your receipt back and have Dell retype it the way you want it.
