Yes, I saw that as I already hold a small position in ACO....I take the same view, and at least they're making money. Didn't see VDIM falling apart, but that happened today...guess a combination of junk bond market and poor operating results.....not that the rest of my portfolio did much better....still hoping HERBB goes thru next week. Definitely lightening my arb exposure.

What are the terms on FPC and CPL?

Allen, Keith: Thanks for the posts on ACO. I took a small position.

I'm finding the blowups are occurring more frequently than I've expected. And these each seem to be more costly to me than the losses I experience with conventional stock picks that go against me. So I (too) have reduced the $ amt. I'm willing to invest in any particular buyout position. Looks like I should attempt to be much more selective also in the positions I do take on. I'm still suffering along with others who are in the KROG buyout.

I sold my HERBB position recently. Taking too long for them, imo, to get financing for a deal that to me, looks like it should be very favorable to the acquirer/owner. I'll reconsider HERBB when financing terms/'final' buyout offer are announced.
