Hello hmaly,

re: Thats because Clinton's their buddy. He will let anything into the country for some money and votes. The real problem with lawyers is their crooked system which cannot be defined as justice nowadays. The sad part is that lawyers defend the system because it puts money in their pocket;not because it promotes justice. One can actually hire so called expert witnesses to say anything; they are flat out lying (maybe most are related to Elmer) and you can't sue them for perjury because the legal system protects them. As long as the lawyers get what they want; its okay to lie in court. I have been in major cases three times in ten yrs. and in each case the expert witnesses from both sides were lying. And thats justice? Its a piece of crap designed to fatten lawyers pocketbook;not promote justice. the really sad part is If we pay the farmers of this country $5/ hr and give the lawyers $150/hr, what are we going to have a surplus of in 10 yrs. Id rather eat than be served ala carte with lawsuits.

Truer words were never spoken. Thanks hmaly I can hear you.

Kindest regards,
CrazyMan

hmaly,

Re: expert witnesses

experts.com

Here is a site that will get you in touch with an "expert witness" that will say anything you want for a fee.

The worst thing is that if you have a misfortune to be on the receiving end of one of their robberies (I mean law suits), you have to play their games, pay for a lawyers for yourself, hire one of those expert witnesses to counter their junk science with your junk science.

The whole justice system is a racket to separate people from their hard earned money. But nothing will change, because the Democrats are on the payroll of the trial lawyers. As long as they can keep the system corrupt, the money flows to their campaigns.

If this is not the best example of signing your soul away to the devil, I don't know what is.

Joe

I don't want to sound like a mother-in-law but part of the problem in the US is that most lawyers work on a commission base, which is strictly forbidden by us in Belgium.
that way, the decision to go to court is not so easy, because it will cost you more.
