Jozef RE...<<< The worst thing is that if you have a misfortune to be on the receiving end of one of their robberies (I mean law suits), you have to play their games, pay for a lawyers for yourself, hire one of those expert witnesses to counter their junk science with your junk science. >>>>>>>

Jozef, unfortunately I have been robbed three times by these robbers in major cases and countless times in others. The legal system is beginning to be a means to avoid paying your contracts. We have ; on the advice of our lawyers all this fine print which no one reads and no one cares about. Meanwhile expert witnesses; such as in your link can be found anywhere; and its just as you say. They bring in their liars and you counter with yours; pretty soon both sides are broke and lawyers are laughing all the way to bank. Its an absolute piece of crap, and thats why I want to retire; because I am tired of begging for my money. There is no dignity in begging for money' and I resent it.

"The whole justice system is a racket to separate people from their hard earned money."

I suppose trial lawyers are also responsible for El Nino, athlete's foot and road rage. Have you considered that most trial lawyers in U.S. are actually working for one corporation that is suing another corporation? That is the defining characteristic of patent, copyright and commercial litigation. Consumer class actions, while they grab the headlines, are a much smaller percentage of suits.

And what hard earned money are we talking about? Take one of the biggest judgment in U.S. history against a corporation -- the $5 billion judgment against Exxon for the Valdez oil spill. The jury award was largely for fishermen and other small businessmen whose livelihoods were destroyed by the spill. They and their families lost their hard earned money because Exxon allowed a drunk to operate one the world's biggest oil tankers.
