The Judge is playing a HIGH STAKES game here. Direct to the Supreme Court? Thats scary for MSFT.

I think the judge realizes that the only chance that his previously-overturned tying decision that he reissued here won't be overturned again by the appeals court is to try to bypass them.

Supreme Court will not touch this thing. They will remand it to the Court of Appeal for D.C.
