George,

do you think the powers that be have the ability to push the bear's appearance back to November?

OH george.
What do you want.
You got 60-70 percent off in a lot of good stuff.
Garbage may not come back.
And that's Great.
As long as we don't blow off to the upside.
I HOPE we are in good shape... :0)

The powers that be had nothing to do with it. It was public buying which reversed the market according to every trade data. The institutions and pros were and continue to be sellers. Guess you think might is right. Rarely works that way on Wall Street contrary to popular patzer opinion. Let's see who wins this battle, experts or the public. As dumb as the public is they aren't as dumb as the pros, and they will send the market to new highs with the pros and institutions wildly chasing it up later.
