Buying strong sector leaders for long holds is good investing in my opinion. The question "is it over" is a timing question. Some margin call, dissapointments, real losses that had to bail, etc.. will keep a percentage of money from not jumping back in because it doesn't exist anymore. Good earnings will certainly help.

Longer term (for me) one year. I'm thinking the Fed is political and has been trying to accomplish a few things:

1. keep strength in the economy
2. while raising the cost of doing business to slow it down enough so that
3. there's room to accelerate the economy going into elections for that feel good voting booth effect.
