No problemo, Seattle's Post-Intelligencer is posting a lot of stuff this week check it out. GE giving a target price of $500 per kilowatt for nuclear power plant upgrades given an efficiency of 25% delivered to the consumer, GLE's technology is the only one that's close at all in price.

Power boost at Hanford plant studied
Analyses so far suggest an Energy Northwest plant upgrade would cost about $75 million, which would be competitive, or about $500 per kilowatt of capacity, Scammon said. ...

GE has already provided the technical assistance necessary to help four nuclear plants -- two in Germany and two in Georgia -- make significant upgrades by tapping into the margin of the design. Another three or four upgrades are under way and proposals have been for a half-dozen others, Scammon said.

"It's about to become a common thing," he said. "The whole industry is looking at it and going, 'Wow, what a great idea.'"
