I do expect techs to be higher next year and I do plan on holding most of my portfolio. The trick will be determining what to let go to balance my risk for the summer.

I always like to invest in sectors that I understand. And for the most part that involves technology. Aside from REITs, what other sectors do you see as being solid investments for the summer. I would like to do some research on REITs and any other sectors you might be looking at prior to you coming out with your portfolio. Could we get a pre-portfolio watch list or sector watch list so we can begin some dd?

Okay, the conspiracy theorist in me is asking who benefits the most from investors/traders switching away from B&H? It's a toss up between the government and the brokerages.
