As you can probably guess, my own opinion is that they are non-existent or almost non-existent.

A fellow I know told me a couple years back that he knew of some successful people who engaged in regular controlled weekend use with no ill consequences. I was skeptical. I suspect he was just fantisizing that successful people can use dope to justify his own use. He's not a low-IQ guy, is clever, witty and has a good personality. But . . . he hasn't held a job in years, lost his business years ago, has a record. His family gets by on his wife's salary and whatever he can scrounge in various ways. Ultimately not smart IMO.

For every smart doper you can find who claims to be able to control regular using, I can find 100 smart people who once believed they could and learned from that mistake. Now maybe my people are easier to find because they have no problem with being open and honest about their experiences and your smart one has to be sneaky and deceitful to make his system work. I can't figure how that can work in anybody's favor in the long haul though; so I find the idea of even finding one suspect. 60 to one you say...hmmmmm
