Wegener's UNITY4000 IRD's (Integrated Receiver Decoders) plus COMPEL Control network management system will be used with DiviCom encoding equipment to provide two complete contribution links. Video transmissions from both locations will be consolidated and re-multiplexed from an existing earth station at a third re-transmission site.
