I almost bit on the ads a while back. I checked this forum and MyTrack looks like a nightmare. What is the truth, the TV ad proponents or what I read here? Are the critics here just obsessed day traders that spend all their day buying and selling? Of course, MyTrack appears to direct their ads to day traders (the pros). If Track has a growing clientele, why are there only a few here expressing their displeasure? Some claim very little problem. Are the problems in the methods used by a few rather than masses? I'd like to know the real story before I join up. Buddy

???? I already called the brokers 3 times, once I thought there was no problem so did not expect a call back (But I should have been called since there was indeed a problem and I have had other brokers call me back in cases like that) but the other two times I was told I would get call backs from those in the know.. They took my number and no call yet. I have sent email with the info on the 3 problems I had in 3 different emails to trading@mytrack.com (first since thats the address I had) then CC attn: compliance (since the hosts told me thats where to send it) and then attn mytradesys (since I have not heard back in over a day and a half). (total of 9 emails) and got 1 email back from D.jackbson saying it was forwaded to compliance. But havent heard anything else back. And I havent still not got an answer on if my margin drops to 5% or negative or what ever due to cancelled fills getting executed what happens.. I dumped them at a loss when I found out I had way too much that I coudnt afford because no one would answer me and the broker I talked to said I entered the order so its mine and do with it as I wish and that such things dont happen, and thats how I ended up being short.. But none of the problems are addressed yet.
