Whether I agree or disagree with anything you presented, it seems you have painted a picture that cries out for the very thing you oppose -- regulation. Re cutting and shuffling the deck in a different way, there are powerful reasons why the deck is stacked the way it is (and, I admit, not everyone's is). The most basic example that springs to mind is the value of pain -- useful to trick mind and body in the dentist chair -- maybe not a good idea when grilling steaks. Furthermore.....you blacklisted a couple of my faves (make that previous faves). Who will decide and what will they decide. I don't think "anything goes" works. Mike
